Hanjeongsik (한정식) is a traditional Korean multi-course meal that features a variety of thoughtfully prepared dishes served together, creating a harmonious array of flavors and textures. Rooted in the dining traditions of the noble class (양반, yangban) during the Joseon dynasty, hanjeongsik showcases the depth and diversity of Korean cuisine.
HANJEONGSIK 6 COURSE
A traditional Korean multi-course meal featuring soups, fresh seafood, grilled meats, noodles, and banchan (side dishes), thoughtfully prepared to showcase the depth and balance of Korean cuisine.
SAMGYEOBSAL 삼겹살
Grilled Korean pork belly served with fresh lettuce, perilla leaves, and a dipping sauce at ONGGI DC. Traditionally enjoyed as ssam, wrapping the pork in lettuce or perilla leaves for a flavorful Korean barbecue experience.
TOFU & KIMCHI 한입두부김치
Pan-seared tofu topped with housemade kimchi. A vegan Korean dish highlighting the crispy texture of the tofu and the bold, fermented flavors of napa cabbage kimchi.
JAPCHAE 잡채
A classic Korean dish made with stir-fried sweet potato noodles, vegetables, and beef. A vegan option is available at ONGGI DC using tofu.
GALBI 갈비
Korean marinated grilled short ribs served with fresh lettuce, perilla leaves, radish, kimchi, and rice. Traditionally enjoyed as ssam, wrapping the meat, rice, and kimchi in lettuce or perilla leaves for the perfect bite.
BIBIMBAP JEONGSIK SET 비빔밥 정식 세트
Rice bowl with sautéed vegetables served with three side dishes, soup of the day, jeon (savory pancake), and your choice of protein (beef, egg, or tofu). Bibimbap is also available as an individual dish on the à la carte menu.

LLAMAS IN JEOLLA

BAEK MOCKTAIL
Inspired by baek, the “white” element of Obangsaek (Korean color theory), this mocktail symbolizes purity with a blend of pineapple, lychee, and Korean pear.
